My journey in healthcare began through Chiropractic Medicine, where I developed a deep respect for the body’s structural integrity and its innate ability to heal when properly aligned.

Since 2005, I have been the owner and clinical director of Ruggiero Family Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Center, LLC, where I have had the privilege of serving patients through hands-on structural care, rehabilitative therapies, and holistic pain management.

Working closely with individuals experiencing injury, chronic pain, and functional limitation allowed me to witness how restoring spinal alignment and nervous system balance could profoundly impact physical health and overall quality of life.

This structural foundation was further expanded through my training in Acupuncture, where I began working with the body’s energetic meridian systems—bridging modern physical medicine with ancient Eastern healing wisdom.

Through these disciplines, I came to understand that true healing extends far beyond symptom relief—it involves restoring balance within the entire human system.

As my clinical experience deepened, I began encountering patients whose chronic symptoms could not always be explained through structural or biochemical findings alone.

This led me to explore the field of Bioenergetic Medicine, where I trained in advanced scanning technologies designed to evaluate stress patterns within the physical, energetic, and emotional bodies.

Through bioenergetic assessment and frequency-based support, I was able to uncover hidden contributors to patient health challenges—ranging from toxic stressors to emotional imprints and systemic functional imbalances.

This work expanded my clinical lens from treating physical pain alone to identifying deeper root causes influencing the body’s ability to regulate, adapt, and heal.
